Every garment is inspected before cleaning — we check the fabric, care label, stains, loose buttons and embellishments, and flag anything you should know about. Stains are pre-treated by hand, the garment is cleaned in solvent, then steam-finished and pressed. Delicate and heavy pieces are hand-finished rather than machine-pressed.
Your order comes back within 72 hours, pressed and ready to wear. If we're late, your next order is free. If you're not satisfied, we re-clean it free.

What is dry cleaning, exactly?
Dry cleaning cleans clothes with a professional solvent instead of water. It removes oils and stains without the shrinking, fading or loss of shape that water can cause in silk, wool, velvet and structured garments.
How often should I dry clean a suit?
Usually every 4–5 wears, or sooner if it's stained or smells. Over-cleaning wears fabric out faster, so between cleans it's better to air it and have it steam-pressed.
Can you remove old or tough stains?
We pre-treat every stain by hand and remove most of them. Some old stains, especially ones that have been ironed or treated at home, can be permanent — we'll tell you honestly at inspection.
Is the price fixed?
The list price applies to most items. For heavily embellished or unusual pieces, the final price is confirmed after fabric inspection, before we start. GST is extra where applicable.
