What counts as delicate?

Anything that snags, shrinks, fades or loses its shape easily: chiffon and georgette sarees and dupattas, silk shirts and kurtas, lace and net, sequinned and embellished tops and dresses, and fine wool like cashmere and pashmina. These are the pieces most often ruined at home — and the ones you most want to keep.

Two ways we care for delicates

Premium sensitive wash — ₹250 per kg

For delicates that can take water: a gentle, low-agitation wash with mild SEITZ chemicals, careful drying, then a steam iron. Ideal for a bag of lightweight kurtis, tops and dupattas.

Dry cleaning — priced per piece

For silk, embellished, structured or "dry clean only" pieces, we dry clean each item individually and hand-finish it.

Small details that matter

• Embellished pieces are checked for loose sequins and stones before cleaning
• Colours are tested before cleaning
• Delicates are never mixed with heavy items
• Pressing is done at low heat with a pressing cloth
